        They were able to fix my issue same day, quickly arrived and dealt with my plumbing. The only downside is it was a bit expensive, but that's not really their fault. Hoping I don't have more issues, but if I do I know who I'll be calling.

        They'll have a guy sit at your house for 90 minutes doing nothing while a softner runs a cycle and charge you over 175 bucks for him waiting and then never figure out what the problem is and tell you to just get a new one because it's old. Never using them for anything again.

      There was a problem with the softener picking up salt brine when we were there. That was addressed and began picking up brine. Instead of just leaving a bad review and not paying your bill, you could call the office back and we would come out no charge and see what is going on now. Give us a call be happy to come back out. We ALWAYS stand behind our work and willing to come make it right!
