Callabresi Heating & Cooling

Called several times to make appointment for repair and nobody showed up. No phone calls from them to explain "no show."

They installed a water & sewer line from my house to my camper, which meant having to move some lava rock and tear up some grass and a shrub. They moved the rock aside and did the job, although they did not locate the water shutoff where I wanted it, though I was very specific and walked through my instructions with the representative. Meanwhile, I had another contractor adding concrete elsewhere in the yard. I was at work, but was told by the Callabresi representative that the Callabresi worker saw that the concrete worker had a backhoe, so he asked if he'd use it to cover the pit with dirt so he could knock off early. The concrete worker complied, but buried all of my lava rock and stepping stones with dirt. When I complained, this is what I was told, with Callabresi implying that this was the concrete people's fault, so I should ask them to fix it. Excuse me? They were not hired to do this work, YOU were. When the bill came, I paid all but the average estimate I got for fixing the mess they left me, and said if they wanted that additional money (a VERY nominal amount on a VERY large bill), to come fix their mess. No reply, but another bill the next month for the OVERDUE small amount. ZERO customer service. The issue isn't resolved yet. I will NEVER use them again, and strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. They SUCK.

Talk about a phenomenal business that cares about the individual as much as they do the job. When the first cold front came in I realized something was wrong with my old furnace. Jeff from Callabresi in McPherson was able to come up with a quick functional solution to make sure my family was warm. I can't believe how great the craftsmanship and efficiency of this company was. Callabresi techs were knowledgeable and easy to work with. They installed a new larger HVAC system quickly and efficiently. We love it. They cleaned up very well upon completion which we appreciated.
