It's the worst taxi company running in Lawrence!! Never take it. You'll regret. I made appointment call one hour ahead, and they were 40 min late than the appointment time. The driver closed the meter and charged 60-70% more than other companies in Lawrence. Never take it!! You'll definitely regret!!

I had a great experience with these guys. I had tried getting a taxi ride with GTS and they really left me in a bad predicament by not picking me up when I needed to get to work. I called First Class Taxi Cab and they had a driver to me in 6 minutes and got me to work on time. The driver was really friendly and relaxed too. I used them again when I was done with my shift and again received great service from a different driver. They picked me up in 10 minutes from my call and were also quite polite and engaging in conversation. They do cost a bit more but in my mind a reliable taxi service with great drivers is completely worth it.
