Redy Cab

I love redycab but the reason I'm giving a 2, is because I have tried calling the number online multiple times and it rings then goes straight to voicemail you guys are supposed to be 24hrs so why don't you answer? Hello I'm trying to give y'all money so answer.

Not even worth a star. I called a day previously to schedule a cab for 5:45am. They took my name number and address and said they'd be there in the morning and call when they got close. 5:45 came and went... 5:48 I called them, their phone was turned off -went strait to voicemail. Called several more times with the same result. 5:53 I had to call another cab, and ended up being 15 minutes late to work Ready cab didn't even bother to get ahold of me to let me know they were down despite having my number and knowing I was scheduled. Totally unprofessional and not worth the trouble to call.

The driver was very nice and didnt mind my horrible derections if i could give it 10 stars i would 10 out of 10 use this again

Set up a 9:30 pick up called them at 9:31 went to voicemail
