Proxi Lawrence Apartments

Finally, as I come to an end on my lease, I can say PLEASE DONT LIVE HERE!They have deleted all of the google reviews, which made them look terrible. The apartment was made so fast, after two years the whole building is falling apart. The amenities are not taken care of and it’s horrible. This was my worst expensive decision i’ve made so far.Please I beg, live somewhere else.

I recently visited my friends at proxi, it was a very welcoming environment and felt way nicer than most of the properties where I went to school on the east coast. I would definitely live at proxi if I had an option like this when I was going to school since my experiences were all very negative with student housing and this had a very different vibe. Basketball court is a nice touch.

Absolute dumpster fire. Zero communication. I've had a myriad of issues throughout three different sets of management here in my 12 months. The amenities are very mid. The management continues to be god awful. Plz don't live here. I knew from month 3 that I would not be renewing. No management has made it better here. They all do not care. The residents don't care either. There's constantly garbage all over the complex. Proxi really has the AUDACITY. They also think giving out a free pizza slice erases all bad deeds. Save yourself the price tag and go somewhere else

This apartment complex is horrible. The staff is incredibly rude. They make it known that they do not want to deal with you when you have an issue with mean stares and eye rolling. There is not enough parking for people who pay the same amount of rent, fees, and bills as everyone else. And incidentally, they blame their horrible planning skills on their tenants. They sold out of their parking and promised us solutions but they are just empty promises. Nothing has been done about the parking situation except us getting towed repeatedly. The staff is too preoccupied with themselves to be helpful and decent people. Completely unprofessional. Maybe hire some actual professionals instead of judgmental college kids who hate the residents. Edit: As people are coming on tours, please keep in mind that I have posted that review in October. It is March now and there is still nothing done about the parking situation EXCEPT people getting towed again and again. Theyve just brushed the parking under the rug and people now just park at Dillons which is a dangerous and sketchy walk back to the apartments. As someone who is living here, DO NOT SIGN A LEASE. Do not listen to their promises. There is not enough parking for the people who live here. The apartments are small and cramped and wayyy too expensive for the price. The walls are incredibly thin. There is not enough storage space in the 4 bedroom apartments. Tons of maintenance requests. You can find a much nicer place for less money.
