image Honestly, if I had the option to leave 0 stars, I would! Communication is poor, professionalism is lacking, and the management has no understanding of how to run a business effectively.
Those looking for an apartment where maintenance will appear should look elsewhere. It's best to look somewhere else if you want a property manager who can actually answer your questions and gets things done. If you call about something keep all documents of phones calls! Be prepared for them to act like they have no idea whats going on/ with a condescending tone
I have lived here for almost 6 months and have had a different price for the rent payment every time!
Stay away!

image Do not rent here. We found mold in our apartment upon move in and it took over a month for anybody to do anything. They didn't fix all of it and upon threatening to legally break our lease if they didn't fix it, they offered us out of our lease. This is one of many issues, more listed below...
The property manager is never in the office. I have wasted a lot of time because of this. I had to call one of the other propeties in order to talk to someone.
In order to get any maintenance done I had to reach out multiple times (which was difficult) about the same issue. It usually took weeks.
The vents are filthy. There is no air filter and the vents are obviously never cleaned between residents.
The hottub has been out of order since last summer. The pool is filthy and extremely chlorinated.
Not a well taken care of property. Looks nice initially but upon everyday use it you see how poorly taken care of everything is.
Lots of dog poop scattered.
The weight room is horrible. Treadmills broken. Low ceiling. Dirty.
Note to residents: check your bathroom for mold (we lived in C306). Im sure if this happened to us it has happened before.
Edit: In regards to the property's reply, we tried reaching out to the management office while living in the apartment. Figured since the property manager isn't going to fix it, maybe the management company will, we were wrong. We got stone walled. Difficult to even get a hold of anybody and upon complaining enough, they gave us a mear $75 credit (not quite enough compensation to live with mold)

image Once you move in you would never want to move out again ever again. it's full of energetic enthusiastic people, once you get to know them you would find it hard to even think about moving out LOL

image Made me pay for an application fee then said it was waved so $70 missing there, then lost my deposit ($500), and had nothing ready for our move in on the terms of thinking they "lost connection" with me even though there was constant communication threw it all. Had no idea what special I was on that I wanted a garage or anything. Very glad I didnt sign a lease would of been a massive mistake. Crooks and theifs.

image Do not recommend living here. management has terrible communication and bearon (property manager) is the rudest, most condescending person out there. either he doesnt know how to do his job or he is lazy, but he will blame his incompetencies on you. couldnt be happier to leave a place than I was to leave here. any questions/ concerns we had were met with hostility and anger on bearons part. any conversation we had with him left us feeling humiliated and unwelcome in our own home
