No call before entering apartment. Extremely late to repairs. Poor communication. Overall low quality for the cost of rent.

The management has been extremely helpful when it has come to my back injury. From leeway with late rent due to being out of work and difficulties with short-term disability companies, to ending my lease early so as not to drive so far to work which still causes back pain. This was the first complex I ever stayed at for more than a year and I would have loved to stay longer. Thanks Lori for all that you have done!

We drove an hour just to see this apartment but unfortunately its not a good fit because the leasing agent is very rude and not helpful. We scheduled an appointment for a self guide tour so when we get here we are just want to say hi and make sure she knows we will be entering the building. She saw us in front of the office and clearly not happy with us already. She yielded at us and gave me the attitude like shes already unlocked the apartment so what else do we want. Shes being very disrespectful to the guess, and we are very disappointed because we are very happy about the apartment. Its a cute apartment with great space and fair price and it will be a great space for me as a tailor. But she is being way too mean to people in general, I imagine it will be extremely difficult to communicate with her.
