After having my F-150 at Kansasland for 1 month not finding the issues and 3 weeks at Midwest Ford and them telling me I needed a rebuilt engine because my engine was shot and it would cost me approximately $6400 for a rebuilt engine with a warranty of 12 months or 12,000 miles I had Mike's load it up and take it to their shop and within a matter of day's they called me and told me I had 4 bad oxygen sensors on the engine and a bad sensor on my brakes and asked me if I wanted them to be replaced. After they did the work my pickup runs better then it has in years. I recommend Mike's Auto to everyone because they actually care for your vehicle like it was their own. They even went as far as cleaning up the inside of the cab after Kansasland and Midwest Ford trashed it.

They always get it fixed right! I don't feel like I'm being overcharged or swindled here, even when I go in by myself. They are very transparent about all charges and it all seems fair. They are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. They have a lot of awards hanging in their office. They have even diagnosed our vehicle simply by taking a ride in it. They've been in business for a long time which means that they know what they are doing and they are good to their customers! They have never pressured me into any repairs and explain what I need to know.
