Used to get oil changed here regularly..... have spoken to a very good mechanic recently, and he told me to give this shop a break. I guess road noise is the hardest thing to diagnose. It was an obvious suspension noise and was told it was engine mounts.... I did figure out myself, though. To avoid just changing more parts for nothing.

I'm sorry you feel like we did this on purpose, we gave you our suggestion on what it could be..I'm sorry that we suggested you go to Taylor to get it fixed. I guess they didnt realize it was the struts either. We are human and we try not to make a mistake. If we do.. which is not very often we do we try to rectify the issuse. This problem felt like a mount.. when we pulled it in your engine moved.. that is what we thought it was.. I'm sorry that us and Taylor were wrong. Again I do apologize for all the inconvenience this has caused you. It was not our intention to do something wrong or steer you in the wrong direction.

My car broke down. I was able to limp it to Tom and Dan's tire shop where they were a blessing to me and my daughter. Stayed late and we were able to get home safe and sound. The car still needs more work, but we home
