        The person that was working seemed very flustered and confused...he was took a very long time to a payment and a new phone update on an active account...he got mad at me and the my husband when we went inside of the building as we entered the store separately telling ua that is was none of my business when it was my account he was working on and my daughter (who he waa assisting) her small children were getting very upset in the car...i am thinking about changing my services after being loyal for over 2 years....very upset
