      image Terrible service, quite rude. Verizon mailed me a new phone and I had difficulty removing the SIM card from my old device. Tried for 20 minutes to remove it and finally brought it into the store to see if they could help. The man who helped me laughed at me for bringing in my device to remove the SIM cardfelt like it was so crazy of me to bring my device in. I didnt want to damage it and just wanted it to be done correctly.
