image Parts department is horrible, have tried over a month for one part, they cant get part correct, have not gotten calls returned like they said, seems like there customers are not important to them. No longer will try to do business with them.

image Multiple phone calls to dealer regarding this issue but they still haven't heard back from corporate. The car is under warranty so I don't understand why it's taking so long. 3 months!!!!

image Recently I was travelling alone as an elderly female from Colorado Springs to OKC and encountered a minor problem with my Nissan during the trip. I stopped in to see if they could help and advise me on the issue. Shy came out to my car and instructed me on how to avoid the problem and was very helpful. I offered to pay for Shy's time and he said to just have a safe trip home! Several times I have had to stop at this dealership and ask for minor assistance and have always been treated well! Sure wish they were my local dealer because they have awesome customer service!
