Took my 22 Silverado in for an oil change and tire rotation. They cross threaded the stud with an impact and had to keep my truck overnight for a stud to come in to fix it.
My second visit with them, oil change, they brought me my air filter and cabin filter and showed me they needed to be replace. They over charged me on the air filters, they charged me twice for the more expensive filter instead of the 2 filters they installed (by the way they mark their filters up 100%, the filters they put in I could have bought for half the price at a parts store). Getting the refund was a hassle, the lady that I talked to was rude and insisted I gave her my address (I didnt) and that I lived somewhere else. I think I know where I live! They wanted to charge me 3% to put my refund back on my card. So now I have to wait for a check in the mail, glad I gave them the correct address. Im looking for a new place to get my oil changed.

After completing the recall on my vehicle the part that was repaired on the vehicle popped off as we were driving around. Had to take more of my time to go back to the dealership and get it fixed before I could go home.
