Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer

The dumb lady working here threatens to withold service randomly if she perceives anything as rude, we decided to go to the cricket store right down the street on 86th across from kum and go. The lady who works here is spiteful, ignorant, unknowledgable about cricket policies and plans, and lies on the phone about what is in stock. She denies having any kind of manager we could speak to. We will complain to mall management.

Was told I can return a phone I bought here to any Cricket corporate store. Spent a full day going to 3 different corporate stores only to find out that I have to bring it back to the original store I bought it from. I now have to make a 5-hour Drive each way to return it. Misinformed and extremely unhappy!

The worst experience ever!! I brought my own devise and she didnt even check that it would work before she charged me $86 which she didnt even explain why!! I was adding a line to my existing account to be on the 2 phones unlimitef for $80. Then she put a sim card and said "oh this phone doesnt work its not unlocked" and said i need to buy a phone because she already charged me she cant refund me my money!! The phone was unlocked she just didn't knw what she was doing. And she also didnt put me on the 2 lines for $80 and now i was charged again 2 weeks later and my bank account is messed up. This is the worst customer service experience ever!!

David is absolutely amazing. My phone was being dumb after having it for 2 days it wouldn't receive messages. We spent 2 hours working together to think of everything that it could possibly be and after that long 2 hours found out it was a sim card issue. David made sure that I left happy with a smile on my phone and actually took the TIME TO HELP ME... Instead of pushing me off to a different store.... THANK YOU DAVID :)
