They cleaned my carpets and did the worst job ever. Spots did not come up, and my cat had peep in one small spot. I had to remove the carpet because they soaked it and made the smell 10x worse.

I couldn't have been more pleased by Ryan Brooks and his company. It's a scary thing to go through a fire, and since most people don't even think about it until it happens to them, it makes one a neophyte! Even during the pandemic, Ryan was able to hustle and get things done. The finished product is absolutely gorgeous. I will be adding pictures soon, as I just saw my new home today. I quickly left to go thank him, and shake his hand for being such a good guy! He helped me through such a difficult time. I simply must post photographs because it's a transformation that is amazing, and could not have been done by anyone but Ryan Brooks. He truly has the aesthetics, the vision, and the ability to see the final product: THEIR MOTTO IS: LIKE IT NEVER EVEN HAPPENED. I doubted this at first, but over time, as my home went from newly renovated, and nearly turn key- then after the fire, it was right down to the studs and concrete! I was devastated! I had an attachment to the home because I had recently purchased it from my mother's estate when she passed away. But thanks to a very kind and fair insurance adjuster, and the "take charge" attitude of Ryan Brooks, they had my back!!! I could not be more grateful. Thank you Ryan for your professionalism, and for the help provided by your lovely staff. The two men that came to clean up after the fire were fabulous. I just wanted to stand there and cry but, they helped me through those difficult days. They both had a really good sense of humor, and they made me laugh- which really helped! One of the men, his name was Matt, really earned my trust, because we found out we had so much in common... It's like I had known him for a million years, but I had never met him. That was a delightful experience. The other one had convinced me he was an expert in the makeup I had been using. He did this because they had to destroy that makeup. I asked him, "Do you have any idea how expensive that is?" And he said, "Oh yeah I sure do..." LoL 🤣 He went on and on before I realized they were teasing me. He knew I had been traumatized, so he took me under his wing. It was very cute, and I appreciated it. 🙏😇 Don't be afraid to contact Servpro for your "unfortunate disaster" needs! It really is a remarkable company that can put another's life back together. And in my case, they handed it back beyond my wildest expectations! Thank you SERVPRO! YOU'RE THE BEST! ❤️💯😇🏆🏅
