        I've been here a year. A year to long. I was informed by former maintenance men that they don't pay them? The apt was not clean when I moved in.I requested maintenance but it not happen. Garbage disposal, nails in walls, dirty walls, filthy kitchen floor. Carpet in poor shape. And hall carpet not vacuumed on a regular basis, no salt available for icy entrances. I will say that the ladies answering the phone at their Iowa office were always very cordial.
