Absolutely disgusting! Myself and my two children stayed here just two weeks ago at the end of March 2024! We checked in and that night we had a bunch of drunk people, screaming and hollering cussing, talking about buying drugs, shooting people and animals! I asked them to stop my kids were scared and they wouldnt stop. They got louder. Finally at 2 AM they stopped. I kept texting the manager and nobody would reply to me and theres nobody on staff and then when I woke up Friday morning./I noticed in the afternoon that bedbugs bite started popping all over my body! I had like 20 bites even on my neck! Very disgusting! Its been reported they did nothing! I have plenty of itching, miserable medicine I had to pay for a doctor! I have scars and its been two weeks almost and you can still see them! I had to throw away three big comforters valued at a couple hundred dollars. I had to throw away my brand new Kansas City chiefs duffel bag that was $200. I had to throw away my childrens brand new bags which I just ordered before we made our trip to Iowa thats another hundred dollars, I had to throw away a bunch of clothes because I wasnt about to take them with me . I had to throw everything away and I went to another hotel and havent had any bite since it was definitely this hotel. What a dive they didnt care to even check the rooms take care of the rooms and its very expensive to treat the rooms which we all know they wont do and they will just jump from place to place crawl through woodwork light switches you name it. The whole place is probably infested! They never tried to reimburse me for anything that Ive lost that I have to repay for. Theyve never reached out answered my text messages or my phone calls. For one night in that hotel room, I threw away about $700 in stuff. And then I had to pay $200 when I got back home for a doctors appointment and more medicine. Not to mention, I have scars on me now from them, which they better go away! Im not a Karen by any means, but I dont appreciate being ignored and treated so poorly and the problem was never addressed or fixed or resolved. I have recordings of my night staying there with the people next-door trying to get into our hotel room drunk. I would not let a rat stay in this hotel. The health department is being called an inspector. I had to pay to have my vehicle shampooed and vacuumed just to be on the safe side! I am a very clean, neat freak at my house, and I wasnt about to bring them home with me!!!! Never had them before I went to Iowa not Any issues after I left! We left and stayed at a very clean hotel, that I always usually stay at in Oskaloosa and they were awesome! This place Econolodge needs to shut down until they fix it. Its a dump. I recommend everybody stay at Evers Spring in Oskaloosa. They are clean and awesome staff and people.

Great room! Clean and nicely decorated! Lady who runs place was very welcoming and friendly. I'm very happy to stay here for a week.

Stayed a week rooms are nice and its quiet. Very peaceful
Rooms: Clean and very spacious
