Shannon tigrett is extremely unprofessional with customers who have children. You shouldnt under any circumstance tell responsible parents what to do with their kids. Looking to purchase a 2nd new vehicle this year and it wont be there due to the poor attitude she had. We 110% back Women in the car business however there is no room there be treated like that.

The car I bought had been in an accident. I asked their financial guy to show me the carfax, he said they would not sell me the car if that was not clean. I would not recommend this dealership.

Will not be taking my Charger back for any type of service. Not sure whats taking place but their service IMO has really gone down hill. I have a 2016 with under 30k miles. Took it in for a routine oil change and was told I needed all new tires. I looked at the tires and indeed need new ones but was surprised at the unusual wear and asked them why? Was told they werent sure. Maybe needed an alignment etc. We replaced all 4 tires at $1,200+. I told them I wanted assurance that this wouldnt happen to the new tires. Said they did the best they could without moving the cradle to correct the front alignment. They had already had the vehicle for a week. Was told it would be an additional $300-$350 to correct the front alignment. So I decided to leave it and let them service it. A week later (now two weeks) they still had finished the service. So was told that it was due to it not being on the schedule and they were trying to work it in. Made an appointment for 21st. Dropped it off on the 20th. Was told they may not be able to get to it as the tech had been called away to school. Went there this morning the 22nd and the car still had not been serviced. Told me they didnt know when theyd be able to get to it. Decided to pick my car up and will be taking my business elsewhere. See thats what happens when there is no competition (authorized dealers) except Kriegers. They dont care because they know its an inconvenience for us to go elsewhere. Well inconvenience or not thats what Ill be doing! Thanks for nothing Kriegers! Im interested in seeing what another dealership has to say..
