        I called the store at 6 different times for a simple question. Each time I got the voicemail. I left a voicemail for a call back and never heard back.

        Absolutely horrible, called several times to multiple departments. This is why this company is going to be nonexistent in the near future. The very few times I have been in this particular Sears, there is nobody in there, for them to not pick up the phone is insane. If they happen to be that short staffed they really need to close up shop and go out of business.
