Hertz Car Rental - Des Moines International Airport

Stay away from these guys. We booked our car over a month ahead and were unable to pick up our car due to the late hour of arrival. Every other car rental service had reps available. Refused to refund our money so I WILL be executing a charge back thru my bank. You would have better luck renting from roscoe's chicken and waffles and car rentals than these clowns. Update as I scroll down y'all have screwed over dozens and dozens of customers by stranding them with no vehicle and no recourse. You reply with fake concern yet the same poor reviews pile up one after the other. Not only the worst car rental business but in the bottom 3 of any service business I have ever dealt with. Shame on you hertz for literally stealing peoples money.

Great, warm service. Car took me a second to figure out, it was so fancy new, but that was totally on me. If you're paying with a debit card, make sure you have hella cash in your account. Worked out great.
