As a first time homebuyer, I was not informed as to all the details on buying a house. My realtor, Erin Allen willingly and pleasantly made herself accessible at ALL times to answer any of my questions. She is very knowledgeable and never made me feel like I had a stupid question. Erin wasn't just another salesperson trying to sell me a house so that she could collect commission, she was professional, respectful, accommodating, appropriately excited for me. and held my hand throughout the entire process. I am so glad I got a house through her and Coldwell, and I will recommend her to EVERYONE I know!

We were referred to Jon by a our new manager. We had a very unique situation, and were moving back into the area from the West Coast. We were also 1st time home buyers, and with being so far away we were unable to come back to see the house before we made an offer. Everyone always asks us how we were able to buy a house without actually getting to see it in person, and I always tell them that it's because we had a wonderful realtor and trusted him completely. He was great with communication, wonderful with organizing Zoom showings over our lunch (time difference), and provided amazing insight/knowledge about each house we toured! We feel blessed to have had the opportunity to work with Jon during this process and are in love with our new home!
