Master Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling

Our normal company was busy when we had a repair come up, so we reached out to Master and it was the best choice. We now have a year membership with them which eliminates charges for unexpected house calls. We had them fix our toilet which was leaking and the rep was fantastic but then just a short bit later our AC started acting up during a bad summer heatwave so Master sent out the tech Bob. Not only was he knowledgeable, he accessed things and fix it right away unlike our previous company who had been band-aiding it for a long time. Bob was exactly on time and my husband was very happy with the service and price. Thank you Bob and Master Plumbing, Heating/Cooling! John and Johnny were professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. They gave me multiple options to solve my issue. I ended up having them replace the water heater. Installation was quick. They made sure to show me what was different about the new one. I will definitely be using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone. Service: Boiler installation

I want to warn people about this company. I had them install a kitchen sink faucet and garbage disposal that I provided. The work took about 45 minutes. They charged me $645 which works out to over $600 dollars per hour! To be fair the work was performed satisfactorily. The price is outrageous though. I called first and attempted to get an estimate. They wouldn't give me one. That should have been my first clue. Then the technician arrived and then gave me a price before he started the work. They could have given me that price over the phone. I foolishly signed off on it because I would have have been charged a $68 service fee for nothing. I called the company later to try and get a price adjustment but they wouldn't budge. They have seen the last of my business. I strongly advise anyone to seek out a plumber that will give you some sort of estimate in advance or at least an hourly rate.
