        We reserved an excavator two months in advance. We stopped in numerous times to confirm and ask questions. No one called to inform us that the equipment was not going to be delivered. I would recommend starting with Ziegler CAT to avoid dealing with this company.

        We rented their tar sealing machine to fill concrete control joints in a new parking lot. Over a two day span we had a number of questions and troubleshooting to do and Barry, Scott, and Jon were extremely helpful and promptly returned our phone calls and worked through the issues with us. Excellent customer service! Very much appreciated. Thank you!
