They are scammers and put a extra 2000 on my loan that shouldn't of been there and when I asked about it they said sorry cant do nothing papers already signed

I purchased a truck back on September 2nd of 21 the salesman was good but thats where the good experience stopped. The truck had scratches and dents that I was told were going to buffed out and fixed. The grill and front bumper would be replaced due to damage that was not shown on the listing photos. After about 60 days they finally replaced the grill but with a different aftermarket grill that is very cheap and flexible. The loaner car they gave me while they had my truck was a complete embarrassment, the radio didnt work the interior was disgusting and there was no exterior door handle on the passenger side. So then it comes time for the bumper. Im continually getting the run around from the service manager about the bumper they finally get one in and its apparently damaged. He told me he could get another bumper in 3 days. This was now early October. I told them to come get their loaner car and bring me my truck back. Once I got my truck back it was like they forgot about me again. I finally got the bumper from them (I was gonna install myself because I wasnt driving their loaner car for another second) I contacted them to inform them they ordered the wrong bumper and I havent heard anything from them since. Today is January 22nd 2022. Absolute worst dealership Ive ever dealt with I would not recommend anybody go there to purchase a vehicle.
