I went to dealership in December to purchase my leased 2021 Sierra pick up truck, my lease was up in January. I had let them quote me a new truck but I decided it would be better to keep my 2021. The $495 disposition fee for purchasing truck was marked "NA" on my lease agreement. I told them I would be paying cash, no financing required. I was told I would have to pay the $495 plus $199 document fee plus $30 title fee. I asked the finance person if I would have to pay the $495 whether I purchased truck or turned it in, he said "Yes". The finance person read my lease agreement and admitted he could find nothing in the "small print" to negate the "NA" listed in my contract. On 12/19/2023 I contacted GMAC about this and was connected to a very nice and helpful lady. We discussed my situation, and I asked if I could purchase directly from GMAC, and she said of course. I just needed to use my app to make a payment of the payoff amount she gave me ($34,254 residual plus IN sales tax) and send in my title and odometer info and that was all there was to it!! Nobody at the dealership ever advised me that I could take care of this directly thru GMAC! What a way to treat a good customer! I have made two attempts to talk to the manager/owner but no one has ever got back to me (one attempt by dealership, call I missed and I returned but no one ever tried again). I wanted to give them a chance to talk to me before I wrote this review but apparently it was not important enough to them. I also sent letter to owner explaining this situation. Went in recently and gave them my plate frame as I realized I was advertising for what I consider to be a less than honest company! I will not do any more business with this dealership and will be sure to let others know how my end of lease was handled. I will remain a GMC customer somewhere else mainly because of the kindness of the GMAC lady that helped me (I wish I could remember her name!) and because I like the brand. It most certainly was not a misunderstanding. If I would have let you, you would have charged me ~$730 to buy my vehicle! My contract said I was not liable for any disposition fee if I purchased vehicle. The GMAC representative told me the same thing.

My experience with Jacob went very well. My trade and purchase were smooth, and I was out the door in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Warsaw GMC!

I had a great experience with Tristan Larsh! I was hesitant about a new purchase and wasnt even sure what I wanted. Tristan pulled the Jeep Renegade up and it met all my expectations. Him & Zach made the buying process effortless on my end. I definitely recommend Warsaw GMC!!
