As per the conversation you just had with our office staff, your tenant called and set the initial appointment up themselves, not letting the office staff know it was a landlord/tenant situation. If they had let them know that, they would have advised for the tenant to have the landlord set the appointment up so we could go over pricing with the landlord. The repair was completed in August of 2023. We do stand behind our repairs, the labor is warrantied for 60 days and parts are warrantied for 1 year from the date the repair is completed. The only contact information provided to our office was from your tenant with their name and number. We do apologize that your tenant paid for a repair without consulting you first but they should have been upfront that they are not responsible for the repairs when the technician gave them the repair price in July 2023.
