        Lisa scheduled my appointment (busted washer!) quickly and within a few days (considering the holidays). The technician arrived on time, was able to fix our problem in a short time, and he is friendly and pleasant. Definitely would use Hiscox again and will recommend them.

        This company was supposed to service my dishwasher through Frigidaire, They were supposed to contact us for an appointment and never did so called them 2 times and left a voice message on 2 separate occasions no response so we decided to go with a different company hopefully we will get an on-time response.

      I do apologize for any missed messages I talked with office personnel even though we are closed until Monday. She is pretty sure she left you a message Thursday or Friday. I am not sure why we missed your message. I can only apologize at this point. We don't want this to happen.
