I called her am today since she hasn’t returned my calls to check on my application and she said I’m sorry we denied you because it’s a second floor apartment and your disabled I don’t think it’s a good fit for you. Then why take my deposit since she had already decided not to rent to me. Do I have excellent credit, I get around great but I have cancer so I’m denied? It’s illegal to discriminate if you own over 3 units so Oam you’ll hear from my attorney!
