$500 per month, washer & dryer in the hall, a deal on Xfinity WiFi for tenants, an Xfinity hot spot (in case your modem has connection issues or you want to save on your electric bill by shutting your modem off), no "nosy" neighbors, mandatory "quiet time" between 9pm-8am allows me to sleep peacefully, AC furnished (and works GREAT), and it's right down the street from a Pokstop! Minus 1 star because it's $1 to use the clothes dryer, but $1.50 to use the clothes washer, and they don't allow ANY animals...they will even charge you a $500 Pet Penalty Fee, and evict you for having a Service Animal even VISIT even though Federal Laws make it illegal for them to do so. You can only prohibit PETS; Service Animals are NOT legally recognized as "pets".
