        I want to start off by saying my CPA has always done a fine job. However, the lady working the front desk is unbelievably rude and makes the whole process of trying to reach my CPA so uncomfortable. Every time I call she’s so unfriendly and rude and makes the experience so unpleasant. It’s at the point where I want to switch CPA’s because I’m so bothered by how unkind and rude the receptionist is.
