        After 40+ years of having Rita to prepare our taxes in person, last year due to the pandemic we received a letter stating such. This year when I called for an appointment, I was told since they didn't prepare our taxes last year that they were considering us new customers and that they were not taking new customers. I asked if that was Rita's decision and I was told it was. So, after 40++years of doing business with them this is the treatment we received from them. Not very happy!
