Decent hotel but needs some renovation. Wallpaper in hallways needs fixing. Bathtubs and shower heads could be replaced. Heater in room rattled. But overall an ok place. Nice location to Indiana Beach, but far from Indianapolis. Pool was very warm which was nice and hot tub is large and actually in service. Both could use some repairs, so the temp of the water made up for that. This hotel is connected to a health club, so the fitness term is actually an entire gym. There is also a large basketball court, and racquetball courts. Nice place if youre into Fitness.
Please replace the tub and showerheads. The tub was not flat on the bottom and I felt like I could have rolled my ankle easily. The showerhead was not that strong, and the tub part pooled with water, it barely drained.
Breakfast was so so. Eggs and potatoes are nice, but the juice was terrible. The fruit punch Tasted like fermented grape juice. Typical waffles and oatmeal and toast, etc.

we were heading south for the eclipse of 2024 and wanted a hotel that wasn't $300 a night, this one was cheap and now we know why very rough around the edges but plenty of amenities pool hot tub basketball courts handball courts full gym, yeah very strange but again very rough on the edges very dark hallways peeling paint, for that one night stay if you want to go to the Indiana Beach seems like an OK place
