Bought a chain and pendent for over a band and they both ended up fading and my diamonds fell out. Even tho I cared for them delicately.

Would love to get my rings from this store, but they've apparently shut off their phone. Received a call Friday that my rings were ready for pick up. Called to tell them they were supposed to be shipped and they said they'd ship them out Monday. It's been a week and no rings have arrived. Tried calling again and now they either keep hanging up or have shut off their phone. I can't get through at all. Really don't want to have to drive 2 hours to pick up my rings when they promised to ship them. Absolutely unprofessional.

I hate I have to travel to Merrillville Indiana for diamond check. It was worth it. Gentleman that waited on us was awesome.

Customer service was horrid. Was ignored due to coming in wearing my gym clothes then told sorry only two employees your bridal set is here but we would have to check it in wanna come back another day after setting up my whole engagement plans the lady was to lazy to open my box I'll never shop here again this was disgusting let alome the stained up floors and dirty cases I will be sharing this experience with everyone .

Great customer service. Got my ring cleaned and inspected in a timely manner. Staff was very friendly!
