Very poor service!!! Bought a battery for a watch and the very next day, the battery stopped working. Called the owner and told him the battery stopped working and all he could say was, he did what we asked, that he replaced the battery, then he said what did we what him to do about it. When we asked him to replace the bad battery he just kept saying, no,no,no over and over.

I called simply to get a price on putting in watch batteries because I had 4 to have done. He wouldn't give me a price, because he said "it depended how much time it would take." I said, "well if it's just snapping off the back, putting in a battery and putting the back back on, what would your range be?"He said $5 to $30, but then went on to lecture me that he's "got electric and heat and rent to pay and there's so much more that goes into putting in a battery." I, at no time, was snarky to him, but he became very snarky with me and then told me that I could "go to Walmart." Zero professionalism. Zero customer service to a potential new customer. Zero rating from me. I'd rather go without wearing my watches than to give my money to this jerk.

Pool My name is Larry Olive--I posted one star not being allowed less. Always I choose local small bussiness. This time a mistake. Via the phone I was told a 1.5 volt battery was all he had, but my watch needed 3 volts. When asked why he made the repair with improper materials, he said "take the watch some place else." For a return of $16.00 I paid. The response cannot be stated.  For quality fair watch repair choose a jeweler other than CHALIKIAN.
