Post office is great but my mail man just drove by and we were standing outside and came down by the mail box and he just kept going?!?!?!?

Lazy employees. Very negative on everything they do. No customer service skills. Worst attitude specially the passport processing personnel. No leadership in this post office. No adherence to procedures, just a jungle! Good luck catching up to the new world! It’s seems the train has already passed!!

There was only one person out front at the time I went in. She was so helpful and personable to me and the few other customers there. Thank you!

I drive past 3 post offices on my 20 minute drive out of my way to get to this one. That sole reason is because of Ed, a clerk up front. He is incredible. Helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. I will always go out of my way to go to this post office to see Ed.

Someone that works here definitely doesnt know what they're doing because i keep having packages being lost and never delivered to the right addresses. When i drop off a package i expect it to be taken to the right address instead im having multiple lost at the same time over and over again. Clearly someone has no clue what theyre supposed to do and its becoming a problem that im going to have to speak to someone at a higher position about.
