I can't imagine there could be a worse staff of USPS employees in the country. Everyone who works behind the counter at the New Augusta location acts like they don't get paid to do their job. I understand some people aren't raised right, but not only do they lack basic kindness, they will make you pay for it if you ask for any help. It's crazy how people who behave like this end up in customer-service positions. If you like being treated like garbage while supporting your local post office, this is the place for you.

This place is fake they are a bunch of Liars they don't give you the box mail key, when your stuff come to the box you can't take them, when you move to a new apartment they ask you for a bunch of money so you can get the box mail key they are Thieves

New Agusta post office has superior customer service. I drive 25 minutes passing several post offices just to get to this office. I have seen long lines and once i got to the counter Delena never waivers from Who she is as a person and excellent asset to USPS. because of them i will never take my business to any competitor even if the price is reduced.
