Full of technicians and yet no customer service and when they finally attend to you, they are borderline RUDE. Twice been there and almost same experience both times. And this time I made note of Name - Cathy. She put 3 people ahead of us.

The pharmacy is the slowest. Every time I try and use the drive thru to be more convenient for my family it takes over 30 minutes. This is the 2nd time I've tried and will now never use again. If someone's prescription is not ready then they need to leave the line. You get 45 phone calls saying your prescription in ready yet takes you forever to get. No one ever apologizes or explains delay. Something needs done about this! Also employees completely untrained on how to process insurance. Kid gets a prescription one day 2 days later the other needs one and insurance doesn’t go through. Unbelievable horrible pharmacy management. Should fine someone else who can run a pharmacy properly.
