        AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL HORRIBLE SERVICE... My mom is in the nursing home and Chosen use this company for their residents scripts. Pharmscript NEVER fill the scripts when they are called in. People should never have wait over a MONTH just to have their pharmaceutical needs met. Nursing home staff can’t do their jobs without the medications and other medical equipment they need. Please find another company CHOSEN... your residents lives may very well depend on it.

        Horrible company please PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY...... Your life will be on the line. This company is negligent in getting people their prescriptions on time. Flushes,,,, forget about it. Pain medications...... nope always out. If you wanna live please use Walgreens Walmart , even the Wall will give you a quicker response time.
