    I visited on Saturday March 3rd, after texting for a while with Alex, one of their salesmen. I had a terrible customer service experience. I was flying out the same day, so I didn't have an appointment. I texted him and he said it was ok to come by to see the Subaru demos. Once I arrived at the time we agreed on, he made me wait for a while. When he finally showed up, he asked for my driver's license and gave me the keys for an Outback to test drive it. Before I made it out of the dealer he came back and told me I couldn't test drive the vehicle vehicle the insurance wouldn't cover (my driver's license is from PR) and told me to drive the vehicle around their parking lot and left me alone there with the vehicle. The parking lot was crammed with vehicles (in spite that they didn't have anything to sell). I didn't feel it was a good idea at all to drive around the parking lit with such limited space. After a few minutes debating what to do and without no one taking care of me, I texted him I was returning the keys. I had to wait some more since he was at another building dealing with other customers. I would have appreciated if they would give me some options (like bringing my certificate of insurance or going with me around driving the vehicle) or at least try to seem interested in doing business with me. Sadly, I left and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone due to their lack of customer service. If this is the kind of service I get at the time of the sale, what would be the service after I purchase a vehicle?
