Absolutely thrilled to get into my BMW, I have been looking for sometime now. The car is beautiful and the staff has been top tier. Tim,Chad,Tanner and Dillion, THANK YOU!!! Glad I was able to purchase what I have been looking for and didn't have to settle for something else. If you see something here you like, go for it. Carmel Motors is the best around.

Bought a 2011 Audi A8 from them, owned it for almost an entire month before they shipped it to me. I paid on the high end of the price range for the car which I would have expected to be a near perfect condition car. Upon arrival (which was at almost 10 at night) everything seemed pretty nice, however after seeing it in the daylight there were a couple touch ups and minor cosmetic flaws. No big deal because outside of those minor things the car is in excellent condition, just those flaws werent disclosed to me. The next day upon looking at the car I noticed that it needed new tires because the tread was nearly gone on the ones that came with it, again this wasnt disclosed in the description or in the talks. Upon the first start up in the car it had a service due light. I still havent had it cleared as I would have to take it to Audi to get it cleared. Anyways, when taking it for a drive for the first time there was a lot of rattling and sounds when I would hit the brakes. Turns out to be parts being loose in the front brake and the drivers side. After a few days of driving I get a message saying check coolant level, so I look and there is barely coolant in there at all. So I filled it up and havent had a problem with it since. First time using the speaker system I noticed a lot of rattling from the passenger side speaker. This is all after them test driving it multiple times and inspecting it to make sure everything was working properly, or at least I was told that over the near month of waiting for the car to get to me. All of these things would be understandable had I paid a reasonable price but being that I paid on the high end and none of this information was disclosed to me it is a red flag. Normally I would never write a bad review and I tried to let it go but I feel genuinely ripped off sadly. Tanner was alright to work with and Im not sure if he knew any of this as a sales person.
