I should have saved my time. The PA didn’t seem to know what she was doing, certainly didn’t take any time with me. Did a strept screen only because I asked then I was discharged by another person who didn’t give me the results until I asked and she had to look on the discharge papers for the result. They were not busy when I was there; I was one of three patients in at the time. IU can do better.

Husband took daughter there this am. Front desk staff very rude. Did not greet them. Did not ask if she could help. Husband stood at front desk for over 8 min. Front desk clerk cut husband off to answer phone. Very rude. They walked out without being seen.

EXCELLENT STAFF and OUTSTANDING MEDICAL TEAM!! I was a nervous wreck due to my 2 year old being sick... these folks eased my worries and made the process very easy and quick once we got checked in. I wish that we could get medicaid to approve us to be able to see them on a regular basis for medical care.
