If I could give 50000 stars- I would! I visited on a Sunday morning with my 4 month old and had this wonderful experience: Pre registration online, arrived at 7:55, seen at 8:05. Ear infection diagnosed. RX called in and home by 8:30. He was able to have d a bottle and Tylenol before taking a nap When he woke up, we already had teh RX and he was able to start right away and started feeling better. Babies and kiddos always seem to get sick on the weekends / sundays and this is a great solution for our family. the entire staff was wonderful and we are grateful for their service and commitment to care. They are open 8-8 Monday- Saturday and 8-6 Sundays.

Took my son here for a high school sports physical. We didn't even reserve a time was just a walk in and was still in and out within an hour. Staff were all excellent and the Doctor provided great care. The cost was also so much more affordable than a lot of the other places we looked into before choosing IU Health. We will definitely be using this urgent care clinic from now on.

Very disappointed with experience at IU Urgent Care in Greenwood. My 84 year old mother had a very bad cough. This facility was suppose to be open until6 pm on Sundays. It was raining when we got there at 5:30 but I get my Mom into a wheelchair and start towards the building. There is no automatic door opener so I struggle to get the wheelchair into the building. I no sooner get her in the door when a worker comes to me saying they are not taking anymore patients. When I asked if they werent open until 6, she said they are but she was told not to take anymore patients. The waiting room was not full of patients. There was only one person still in the waiting room. I had to get my Mom back out to the car with no visit. This location welcomes walk ins. I could have understood if the waiiing room was packed with patients but it was not. They need to advertise the time they are no longer going to see patients instead of the time they close. Very aggravating trying to get an older, ill patient in to a Drs- appt in the rain only to be told they are not taking anymore people before closing time.

I walked in and was promptly greeted and taken back within 10 mins. Was diagnosed and sent to pharmacy for meds for help with recovery.
