It's beautiful when you walk in, and that's where the positivity ends. The place is dirty, not well-kept, and dilapidated. This place should never be your first choice, it shouldn't even be your tenth. Dirty bathtubs, disgusting water fountains, mismatched colors on towels in the rooms, coffee machines in the bathrooms, ripped curtains. It's truly an experience. Not a good one, but an experience nonetheless. The staff, however, is very friendly, and the breakfast here is about what you'd expect. No better or worse than any other cheap hotel. In short, this is the place you stay at when you didn't plan ahead of time and everywhere else nearby is completely booked.

Animal FECES (POOP) in room
DO NOT SLEEP HERE, they do not clean the rooms and if you so happen to complain about the lack of cleanliness or even a pile of dog poop in the corner of your room they will charge your deposit out of spite and anger of you bringing it to their attention. They very clearly do not clean the room if so I dont understand how a pile of dog poop goes unnoticed by someone who is supposed to be cleaning it. I am appalled that I was allowed to sleep next to fecal matter under the presumptions that I would be sleeping in a clean room. Cleaners were very rude and when I was leaving the repeatedly said dirty room to me as if I hadnt just looked at a pile of dog poop that they left to dry in the corner.
Safety: Not up to health standards, feces left in rooms to dry do not sleep here if you value your health and cleanliness.

Very amazing, chill 30 year old here. DONT PICK THIS HOTEL. Pick any freaking other one around here. We booked two rooms for a 15 year old boys birthday party. Within (Im not joking) 20 minutes there were two police officers here. I was so confused. The officer said that he got a call because there were so many calls to the front desk about a fight. He can tell by my face that Im absolutely puzzled. Yelling and cussing he said. We are a Christian family celebrating the day before his birthday so we arent waking up Easter morning for church at a hotel. One room the toilet doesnt even flush so we got the pleasure of having the boys come next door and use ours all night! We checked in about 11:30 pm after a late dinner. Asked for a late checkout after all of the inconvenience and it was undoable. Honestly, Ive never been so ready to be home in a hotel. WORST hotel experience to the point where Im almost shaking making this review. This place is actually awful.

I have never been refused service for having a service dog in anyhotel ever. The on duty manager, Robin, refused us a room. Even after identifying both federal and Indiana Ada laws, she refused. This is not a comfort dog or emotional support animal but a dog utilized for mobility, which is protected under state and local statutes.
I was humiliated in front of other guests.
She actually expected me to be happy she refunded my reservation fee.
Totally uncalled for behavior.
Noteworthy details: Don't go here.
