This has to be the worst night of my life I waa very Disappointed in the way the staff acted NO HOT WATER, BLACK MOLD in ice machine and ac units ppl hanging out like its a liquor store a very trashy place and trashy manager Tracy Higgins should be embarrassed on how this hotel is ran and looks choice hotels needs to come out and investigate The health department and BBB has been contacted. I was refused corporate number and owner information

Door know broken, budget motel but overpriced fir what you get. Never again will I saty at this particular place.

We booked 3 rooms for the weekend and had NO hot water. When we informed the front desk they were aware and said the plumber was just out 2 days ago but failed to fix the issue. With prompting, they said they would inform the manager again. Tonight the water is still cold. Clearly customer comfort is not a priority. If you like cold showers, this is the place for you!

not the perfect hotel but the employees are friendly and helpful, and beds are clean. NO bugs so what more could ya ask for. overall was a good night sleep.
water as stated in other reviews was not the hottest but front desk did say it was a new water system and they were trying to get it worked out.
breakfast not too much at all.
Josh at check in was great and very helpful with my check in mistake on my end.

An inexpensive lodging when you just need a nights sleep. The hotel is close to the interstate and to the main roads of Franklin, just a few minutes from downtown. Clean room with good water pressure and plenty of hot water in the shower. No frills, but none needed.
