I went in today just to get some headbands for myself and when I went to checkout the girl up at the cashier was very sweet. She had such a positive attitude and we had a nice conversation while she was checking me out. So, I wanted to let Ultra Beauty know that hiring Daisy was a very good decision. She was very sweet and kind.

This is the most unprofessional hair salon Ive ever been to. After making an appointment and calling back to verify that there was enough time allotted for the style I wanted done, I was forced to wait 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, only to be told that they didnt have enough time to do what I requested. I asked to speak to a manager to voice my frustration and was told there was nothing they could do. I scheduled this hair appointment on Valentines Day, to be ready for an important date. Now Im left with dull hair and a very sour taste in my mouth for the company. Dont waste your time and money here. Ill never return.
