        The person who helped me was very sweet. When I was there, she told me to sign up for the ulta rewards credit card because I would get 30 percent off. DO NOT DO THIS. Ultras credit card is awful. Ive had to call 4 times in the past 2 weeks trying to pay my balance off. When I got my card, I tried to login to the account. It kept telling me that the information I entered was wrong. I was on the phone with an associate and she didnt even know what was going on. The staff and specialists are helpful but their rewards program is a trap to make you pay more interest on the things you bought. DO NOT SIGN UP.

        Went in at 2:30 to get my wife a 100.00 gift card.. 10 people in line..only one cashier..waited a few minutes..then left. Went right over to bath and body works and got the gift card. Ridiculous ulta

        UPDATE: talked to the manager the day after, they were able to correct the problem for the most part. I went in for highlights and came out 3 hours and $170 later with nothing I had asked for, FYI I didn't even get a full set of foils....they are way to expensive
