        Horrible, closed the window on me because they said they didnt wanna do the paperwork. Dont recommend them to anyone. Wish I would have stayed away

        Ive always had amazing customer service with both the DuPont and Illinois Road branches. Extremely helpful and kind staff, excellent management, especially Lisa the manager at DuPont. They go above and beyond for their customers and make all experiences be as easy on the customer as possible. Always recommending excellent products to help ease my banking experience and to help me. Wish I could give 10 stars. Thank you, Lisa and staff for being my go to for all things banking.

        Got a personal loan from premier bank but they tried to force me to open an account with them to make payments instant electronic payments. Otherwise I have to personally deliver the payment or mail it in (which takes up to 2 weeks). Seems very manipulative.
