        Does not follow through with what they are supposed to do. No communication between contractor and office workers. Gives a lot of run around and excuses.

        We purchased our fabulous modern prefab homes in Indiana from Silver Creek Homes and are very pleased with our experience. Everyone from the financing, sales staff and all the way up to the owner has been very informative and helpful through-out the whole process. The home is beautiful inside and out and feels like it will last a lifetime. Keep up the great work!

        I strongly recommend Silver Creek Homes. Their whole staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They made a process (building a house) that can sometimes be overwhelming a very enjoyable one. The home that they built for us is exceptional, very good quality. If you're looking to build a good quality home, you have to go with Indiana Modular Home Builders!
