Hindsight will get you everytime, if I knew then what I know now I would not have waisted my money. Going cheap is not always the best. I and my wife are retired, I'm also a Veteran from the Vietnam war and a retiree from Govt service. To make a long story short we purchased this Commondore home in 2005 as our retirement home. As the years went by we discovered how poorly the home was put together. Sink faucets can't be replaced, leaks can't be fixed without cutting and tearing out sections of wall. Mouldings not fitted and fastened down tight. Electrical receptacles loose and the switching for the lighting is poorly designed. The water heater finally had to be replaced. From the way water heater was installed, it was meant not to be replaced. As you can see in the pics the water lines were placed on front of the unit. Now why on God's green earth would anybody do something like that. The pics tell the story. I'll probably have to cut and removed the lines to get the thing out. My advice stay from Commodore. We've had nothing but problems with what was supposed to be our retirement home. Should have went with custom stick built, manufactured is a no no!!
