Greenleaf Manor Apartments

i would make it a ZERO if i could. i moved in last august and this place has been nothing but horrible to me and my newborn. my heat has been broken for 3 months. 3 months guys. i called and asked maintenance to fix it and they came and looked at it and never fixed it. they office NEVER picks up their phones. my advice is to not apply here. i mean my baby and i have been couped up in blankets from the heat not being fixed and they tack on outrageous fees for no reason. you pay for a pool thats not even working for 3 years and a club house no one even knows about they use it for storage. id stay away from this place

Ive been here for five years. When we moved in we did our checklist and nothing has been done since. They go up on the rent every year since weve been here and has done nothing to improve the apartments. Management has been changed twice since weve been here. Still no improvement. I would also like to add that they do not care about the residents just the money. If theyre such a great place why so much turn over? Why so many people moving out? Im still waiting on repairs. It states that the unit come with so many different things, but once they go out they never replace them. It could be a very nice place to live if they cared more about the quality of the units. The residents are the ones that makes the complex, but they wants to focus only on the outside forget what the residents need in their units. With the amount of money we pay we should be able to live comfortably.

My sister and her brother in law have only been there for less than a month and have had a terrible experience. No one has been in the office to answer the phone. They havent been given a rent amount or a code to register an account to pay rent. Things are broken and no one has came to fix anything. Theyve left voicemail after voicemail. Outside of the apartments look terrible. Nothing is kept up. They offer a pool but its not even filled. The locks to the front barely work. Sliding glass door barely shuts and closes. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Rent is way too high for such a poor place to live.

They do not fix what is broken. I have called many times about my a/c is broken for the past years going on two. The rent keeps going up and nothing has been done. The update around the apartment is horrible. They have an office and every time I called them it goes to voicemail.

Don't even live here and my name is on an account. I talked to a lady one time over 2 weeks ago who was going to call me back right away. Now no one answers at all. How does anyone get service that actually rents here?
